Meredith Woodruff
Retired CIA Officer & co-founder Spycraft Entertainment
Meredith Woodruff, a native of Stillwater and graduate of Oklahoma State University, served in the Central Intelligence Agency’s (CIA) Directorate of Operations, living and working clandestinely for more than twenty-five years in Central Eurasia, the Near East, Africa, and Europe. She holds the CIA’s most prestigious awards – the Donovan Award for Operational Excellence and the Distinguished Career Intelligence Medal – and retired in 2008 as the Agency’s most senior female in operations.
In 2014, Meredith returned to her hometown where she continues to work internationally as an executive coach and a consultant offering specialized services in talent acquisition and leadership development. Additionally, Meredith is a partner with two former colleagues in Spycraft Entertainment, helping Hollywood present U.S. intelligence more realistically.
In Stillwater, Meredith has served as President of the Advisory Board of Wings of Hope and on the board of the Stillwater Pioneer Athletic Memorial. She is an active member of Frontier Rotary, is currently on the advisory boards for OSU’s Friends of Music and its School of Global Studies and International Partnerships, and teaches regularly for OLLI with courses on international affairs. Meredith is also an active member of the Tulsa Council on Foreign Relations.
Meredith holds bachelors degrees in literature and descriptive linguistics from OSU and a master’s degree in psychology and counseling from Wayne State University. She is also an internationally certified executive coach.
